AB 849 If It Looks Like A Fish Bill, And Smells Like A Fish Bill...
AB 849 (Leno): Gender This has gone too far in California. You have to read it for yourself! This started out as a game and fish bill, but was transformed into a homosexual marriage bill by San Francisco Assemblyman Mark Leno, himself an open homosexual. How? By keeping the numerical designation of the fish bill, and rewriting everything else. And this is AFTER 60% of Californians voted in 2000 to make marriage only between a man and a woman! If this kind of underhandedness and dishonesty is what California really wants from their representatives, I'm glad I'm headed for South Carolina.
